Easy Tiramisu

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients together (cheeses, cream, sugar, vanilla) until fluffy and stiff
  2. Mix the coffee and liquer together in a small dish
  3. Add 1 Tbsp. of the coffee/liquer mix to the cheese and beat in until mixed
  4. Slice the angel food cake into 1/2 in slices, and then half the slices making two small rectangles
  5. Dip each slice of angel food cake into the coffee/liquer mixture, and line the bottom and sides of a large bowl or casserole dish; make sure the cake is fully dipped - dry cake is no good for this recipe
  6. Fill the rest of the bowl or casserole dish with the cream cheese mixture
  7. If there's leftover cake, you can add half the cheese mixture, put down another layer of cake, and then the rest of the cheese
  8. Dust the top with cocoa powder
  9. Refridgerate overnight
  10. Serve with fresh coffee
