  1. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce and sesame oil.
  2. To the noodles, add green onions, bean sprouts, carrots, cucumber, peanuts, sesame seeds, and the soy mixture and mix thoroughly.
  3. CHILL FOR AT LEAST 4 HOURS BEFORE SERVING.
