Bart's Popcorn

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
- 3 tablespoons peanut oil
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon fine popcorn salt (NOT regular salt)
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 pats butter
Directions
- Get a bowl ready to put the popped corn in when it's
finished
- Heat a large, thick-bottomed pot over medium-high
- Add ingredients quickly, popcorn last
- Cover the top with a sheet of aluminum foil
- Using a knife, pop a dozen holes in the aluminum
- Slowly shake the pot on the stove
- Once the kernels begin popping, shake the pop more
quickly
- When there's only about 3 kernels popping per second, take
pot off heat and keep shaking for 5 seconds
- Quickly take foil off top and pour popcorn into bowl
