Bart's Popcorn

  1. Get a bowl ready to put the popped corn in when it's finished
  2. Heat a large, thick-bottomed pot over medium-high
  3. Add ingredients quickly, popcorn last
  4. Cover the top with a sheet of aluminum foil
  5. Using a knife, pop a dozen holes in the aluminum
  6. Slowly shake the pot on the stove
  7. Once the kernels begin popping, shake the pop more quickly
  8. When there's only about 3 kernels popping per second, take pot off heat and keep shaking for 5 seconds
  9. Quickly take foil off top and pour popcorn into bowl
