Pineapple Cheese Ball(s)
Prep Time: approx. 20 Minutes.
Ready in: approx. 12 hours
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
- 1 cup minced celery
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 2 teaspoons minced green onion
- 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple (drained WELL)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (or just a dash)
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, celery, bell pepper,
onion, and pineapple.
- Lay out the chopped pecans evenly on a cutting board, or
large baking sheet
- Divide the cheese mixture in two, and form into balls
- Roll each ball in pecans, and chill for 12 hours before
serving
- Serve with buttery crackers
