Pineapple Cheese Ball(s)

Prep Time: approx. 20 Minutes. Ready in: approx. 12 hours

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, celery, bell pepper, onion, and pineapple.
  2. Lay out the chopped pecans evenly on a cutting board, or large baking sheet
  3. Divide the cheese mixture in two, and form into balls
  4. Roll each ball in pecans, and chill for 12 hours before serving
  5. Serve with buttery crackers
