Key Lime Pie with Pretzel Crust

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
- 4 teaspoons lime zest
- 4 egg yolks
- 14oz. sweetened, condensed milk
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 2/3 cups crushed pretzels (pretty fine)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix last 3 ingredients together well, and press into a 9"
pie pan and bake for 10 minutes
- Whip together the first 4 ingredients, and let sit for 20
minutes while pie crust cools
- Bake pie for 15 - 18 minutes, until center is set but still
jiggly and then cool on a wire rack until room temperature
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving
- Goes well with fresh whipped cream (1 cup heavy cream, 3
tablespoons of powdered sugar)
