Key Lime Pie with Pretzel Crust

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix last 3 ingredients together well, and press into a 9" pie pan and bake for 10 minutes
  3. Whip together the first 4 ingredients, and let sit for 20 minutes while pie crust cools
  4. Bake pie for 15 - 18 minutes, until center is set but still jiggly and then cool on a wire rack until room temperature
  5. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving
  6. Goes well with fresh whipped cream (1 cup heavy cream, 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar)
