Coconut Pie(s)
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups milk
- 4 whole eggs
- 1 stick melted butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 can coconut
- 2 pie crusts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix sugar and flour.
- Add the milk, eggs, melted butter, vanilla, and coconut and
mix well
- Quickly get the mixture into 2 pie crusts
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, until top is golden brown
